Kevin P. Clark , , , President and Chief Executive Officer

Kevin P. Clark has been a director since March 2015. He also serves as the president and chief executive officer of Delphi. In 2014, Mr. Clark was appointed chief operating officer responsible for Delphi’s business divisions, as well as the Global Supply Management function.

Mr. Clark joined Delphi in 2010 as chief financial officer, responsible for all financial activities including strategic planning, corporate development, financial planning and analysis, treasury, accounting and tax.

Before coming to Delphi, he was a founding partner of Liberty Lane Partners, LLC, a private equity investment firm focused on investing in and building and improving middle-market companies.

Mr. Clark served as chief financial officer of Fisher-Scientific International Inc., a manufacturer, distributor and service provider to the global healthcare market from the company's initial public offering in 2001 through the completion of its merger with Thermo Electron Corporation in 2006.

He also held a number of senior management positions at Fisher-Scientific. Mr. Clark began his career in the financial organization of Chrysler Corporation.

He has both a bachelor's degree in financial administration and a master’s degree in finance from Michigan State University.

Majdi B. Abulaban , , , Senior Vice President and President, Delphi Electrical/Electronic Architecture Segment, and Engineered Components Group, and President Delphi Asia Pacific

Majdi B. Abulaban is Delphi senior vice president and president of the Delphi Electrical/Electronic Architecture Segment (E/EA) and President of the Engineered Components Group, a position he has held since February 2017. Additionally, he serves as Delphi’s Asia Pacific president, where he oversees Asia operations that include Japan, Korea, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, India and Australia.

Based in Shanghai, Mr. Abulaban began his Delphi career in 1985 as a manufacturing engineer in Warren, Ohio. Since then, he has held several assignments within the company, including finance manager, Delphi E/EA China; director, Asia Pacific Operations for the Thermal Systems division and even a North America position as business line executive for cockpits. In July 2002, Mr. Abulaban was named managing director, Asia Pacific, E/EA and he became managing director, Delphi Connection Systems in 2006. Since 2012, he served as Delphi senior vice president and president of the Delphi Electrical/Electronic Architecture.

In recognition of his professional achievements, in 2016 Mr. Abulaban was honored by Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management with the Distinguished Alumnus Award.

Mr. Abulaban earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a master's degree from Case Western Reserve University. He is vice chairman of the Shanghai Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment (SAEFI) and a member of the Corporate Advisory Board of Case Western Reserve University's Institute for Management and Engineering.

Alex Ashmore , , , President, Delphi Product & Service Solutions

Alex Ashmore is president of Delphi Product & Service Solutions.

Mr. Ashmore began his automotive aftermarket career in 1990 at Lucas Automotive, which was later acquired by TRW. Here, he held a variety of aftermarket roles of increasing seniority in sales, marketing and product management in Europe and Asia-Pacific.

In 2006, he assumed the role of leading TRW’s aftermarket in Asia-Pacific, based in Shanghai. During this time, he also served as Chairman of the China Aftermarket Forum, a subsidiary of Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA). In 2012, Alex assumed the global leadership of TRW’s aftermarket business as Vice President and General Manager, Parts and Service, Global and the following year he also assumed the leadership of TRW’s Friction Manufacturing business.

Most recently, he was Senior Group Vice President and Lead Division Manager Electrification Products in Asia Pacific for ABB.

Mr. Ashmore has a degree in Economics from Manchester University and a CIM Diploma in Marketing from Birmingham Polytechnic University.

Liam Butterworth , , , Senior Vice President and President, Powertrain Systems and Delphi Product & Service Solutions

Liam Butterworth is senior vice president of Delphi and president, Delphi Powertrain Systems (PT), a position he has held since February 2014. Prior to this role, he served as vice president of Delphi Electrical/Electronic Architecture (E/EA) and president of Delphi Connection Systems (DCS) since October 2012.

Based in Bascharage, Luxembourg, Mr. Butterworth joined Delphi in 2012 after the company acquired FCI Motorized Vehicles Division (MVL), a company where he had been president and general manager.

He joined FCI in 2000 and over the next 12 years held several positions in sales, marketing, purchasing and general management. Liam previously worked for Lucas Industries and TRW Automotive in the United Kingdom.

He is fluent in French and English and holds an MBA from Lancaster University in England.

Glen De Vos , , , Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Glen De Vos, senior vice president and chief technology officer, is responsible for Delphi’s innovation and global technologies.

As CTO, De Vos leads global engineering organization, which includes more than 20,000 technologists located in 15 major technical centers located throughout the globe. He leads the company's innovation strategies and development of advanced technologies in support of the safe, green and connected automotive and transportation industry megatrends.

Previously, De Vos served as vice president, Software & Services, Delphi Electronics & Safety (E&S), located at the company’s Silicon Valley Lab in Mountain View, CA. He began his Delphi career with E&S in 1992 and following several progressive engineering and managerial roles in infotainment and user experience, was named vice president, Global Engineering for Delphi E&S in 2012.

De Vos has extensive business, engineering, and manufacturing experience including time at General Electric and ITT Power Systems.

De Vos received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Calvin College in 1982, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1983, and a Master of Business Administration from Ball State University in 1994.

Jerome Dorlack , , , Senior Vice President, President of Delphi Electrical Electronic Distribution Systems and President, South America

Jerome Dorlack is senior vice president and president of Delphi Electrical Electronic Distribution Systems (DEEDS), located in Troy, Michigan. He also serves as president of Delphi’s South American operations.

Previously, Mr. Dorlack was vice president and general manager of Powertrain Products within Delphi’s Powertrain Systems.

He joined Delphi in 2016 after a highly successful career at TRW Automotive, and subsequently the ZF Group. Culminating with the role of executive vice president of Global Commodity Procurement, he held numerous roles of increasing responsibility in purchasing, quality and operations, product line and commercial account management.

Named one of Automotive News 2016 “Rising Stars,” Mr. Dorlack is a trained engineer with extensive business management experience. Mr. Dorlack has also completed the University of Michigan’s LEAD program for executive management training.

Mr. Dorlack holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toledo.

Michael Gassen , , , Vice President, Sales and President, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia

Michael Gassen is president of Delphi Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia a position he has held since July 2011.

Based in Wuppertal, Germany, Mr. Gassen is also vice president sales and currently serves as chairman of the supervisory board of Delphi Deutschland GmbH.

Mr. Gassen began his career with Delphi in 1986 as a sales and marketing manager at Packard Electric Systems in Wuppertal, Germany. He left Germany to become managing director of Delphi Italia. Over the course of the next several years, Mr. Gassen would move throughout Europe in positions that included director of body security and reception systems in Wiesbaden, Germany and Delphi customer director for GM Europe and Fiat Group.

Prior to joining Delphi, Mr. Gassen worked for the Liebherr Group, a leader in the construction machinery industry.

Mr. Gassen is a native of Remscheid, Germany and earned his degree in metallurgy from Schule für Metalltechnik and Chemie in Düsseldorf, Germany and attended the Insead Business School in Fontainebleau France.

William H. Guggina , , , Vice President, Global Operations and President, Delphi Mexico

William H. Guggina is vice president of operations and president of Delphi Mexico. He has global responsibility for Delphi’s manufacturing operations, security, employee safety programs and facilities services.

Mr. Guggina began his career with Delphi in 1986 as a manufacturing engineer. Since then, he has held several assignments within the company, including: plant operations manager for facilities in Mexico and the United States; and vice president of global operations for Delphi’s Electronics and Safety division. In 2014, Mr. Guggina was appointed to the position of vice president of global operations.

Mr. Guggina earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla and a master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois.

Sidney Johnson , , , Senior Vice President, Supply Chain Management

Sidney Johnson is senior vice president of Delphi Supply Chain Management.

Based in Luxembourg, Mr. Johnson began his career in the automotive industry in 1988 with General Motors at Allison Transmission Division in Indianapolis. He moved up the ranks of General Motors and later joined the Delphi team in 2002 as director, Global Supply Management for Delphi Electrical/Electronic Architecture. He moved into his current role in February 2006.

Mr. Johnson has a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and technology from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio, and a master's degree in industrial management from Wesleyan University in Indianapolis. He is a Certified Professional in Supply Management® (CPSM®). Mr. Johnson serves on the Board of Directors of the National Minority Supplier Development Counsel. He is the former chair of the Institute for Supply Management Board of Directors and serves as an advisory board member for Michigan State University’s Department of Supply Chain Management. Mr. Johnson recently joined the Advisory Board of the International Trade Centre (ITC), a joint agency between the World Trade Organization and the United Nations.

Joseph R. Massaro , , , Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Joseph R. Massaro is senior vice president and chief financial officer, a position he has held since March 2016.

Mr. Massaro is responsible for Delphi’s accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, investor relations and corporate development functions.

Mr. Massaro joined Delphi in 2013 as vice president, Internal Audit, and was appointed to the position of vice president, corporate controller in 2014.

Before joining Delphi, Mr. Massaro was a managing director at Liberty Lane Partners from 2008-2013, a private-equity investment firm focused on building and improving middle-market companies. While there he served as chief financial officer of inVentiv Health Inc., a leading provider of pharmaceutical development services and a Liberty Lane portfolio company.

Prior to Liberty Lane, Mr. Massaro served in a variety of finance and operational roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific from 2002 to 2007, including senior vice president of Global Business Services where his responsibilities included the global sourcing and information technology functions.

Prior to the merger with Thermo Electron, Mr. Massaro also served as vice president and corporate controller of Fisher Scientific and held several other senior finance positions.

Mr. Massaro began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, 1992 to 2002, where he served as a managing director in the firms Transaction Services practice. He received a Bachelor of Science in finance and economics from Bentley University, and a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in accounting from Northeastern University.

David Paja , , , Senior Vice President and President Electronics & Safety

David Paja is senior vice president and president of Delphi’s Electronics & Safety (E&S) segment. Based in Wuppertal, Germany, he leads E&S operations in 16 countries, selling, designing and manufacturing leading-edge automated driving, controls and security, infotainment, driver interface, and software and services technologies.

Paja is a seasoned executive with significant industrial connectivity and automotive experience serving in leadership positions around the globe from China to Europe and North America. Recently, he was instrumental in enhancing Honeywell’s IoT capabilities with advanced software and connectivity technologies, serving millions of connected homes and buildings worldwide. Paja was president of Honeywell Security & Fire, a nearly $5 billion global leader in electronic detection and prevention technologies for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

Prior to 2015, Paja served Honeywell’s Transportation Systems segment as vice president and general manager for China and India, where he was responsible for generating growth in the fastest-growing geographies around the world. He began his Honeywell career in 2003 and held several leadership positions of increasing responsibility, including global marketing for the turbocharger segment, where he led strategic planning, product strategy, and business development worldwide. Before joining Honeywell, Paja held several positions at Valeo Automotive in product management, engineering, project management and manufacturing.

Paja holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from ETS Valladolid in Spain.

Matthew Peterson , , , Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Matthew Peterson is senior vice president and chief information officer (CIO) for Delphi Automotive. Based in Troy, Michigan USA, Mr. Peterson leads all IT strategic and operational matters for Delphi worldwide. He has held this position since January, 2015.

Mr. Peterson joined Delphi from Deloitte Consulting, LLP, where he was a director in the Consumer and Industrial Products and Technology Strategy and Architecture practices.

Mr. Peterson began his career as a consultant with Ernst & Young, and then became senior principal consultant at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants. In 2000, he joined JohnsonDiversey, where he held a number of positions in information technology before becoming vice president and CIO in 2005. In 2009, Mr. Peterson was named CIO at TRW, a role he had until joining Deloitte Consulting in 2013.

Mr. Peterson earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Western Kentucky University and an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

J. Christopher Preuss , , , Senior Vice President, Marketing and Communications

J. Christopher Preuss (Chris) is the senior vice president of marketing and communications, a position he has held since September 2014. He also serves as the chairperson of the Delphi Foundation.

Mr. Preuss came to Delphi with more than 25 years of global communications experience as well as perspective gained from his role as president and CEO of OnStar — a leader in in-vehicle safety, security, communications and convenience services.

Prior to joining Delphi, Mr. Preuss was head of communications for the Americas and Global Product at Ford Motor Company, a role he assumed shortly after leading a multi-agency team serving the global Ford accounts at WPP Group.

Mr. Preuss' career also includes more than 13 years at General Motors, where he held various leadership roles. In addition to leading OnStar, he also served as vice president of Global Communications where he was instrumental in managing the company's transition out of bankruptcy. Before that he was GM's vice president of European Communications in Zurich, Switzerland. His time at GM also includes an assignment based in Washington DC and focused on various government and regulatory issues.

Mr. Preuss is a Michigan native and holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism and Political Science from Michigan State University. In 2011, the university recognized him with the Outstanding Alumni Award for the School of Communications Arts and Sciences.

Elena Doom Rosman , , , Vice President, Investor Relations

Elena Doom Rosman is vice president of Investor Relations. She has global responsibility for all initiatives related to communicating the company’s strategy, growth prospects and financial performance to the investment community.

Prior to joining Delphi in January 2016, Ms. Rosman was Managing Partner of Corbin Perception Group, a strategic investor relations advisory firm.

Prior to that, she led Honeywell’s investor relations efforts from 2009 to 2014, communicating Honeywell’s strategy, financial results and outlook to the investment community.

Prior to 2009, she served as director, corporate development and M&A where she provided oversight and execution of acquisition, divestiture and joint venture activities across the company, including target identification, strategic fit assessment, valuation, due diligence, negotiations and integration strategy.

She has also held roles in operational finance and corporate treasury.

Ms. Rosman began her career as an associate at Arthur Andersen focused on International Tax Consulting.

Ms. Rosman has a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Loyola Marymount University and a MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

David M. Sherbin , , , Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer

David M. Sherbin is senior vice president, general counsel, secretary and chief compliance officer for Delphi.

Mr. Sherbin began his legal career in 1987 as an associate at the Chicago law firm of Katten Muchin & Zavis. He later joined Heller Financial, Inc. as counsel in the corporate finance group, and in 1994 became senior counsel for corporate affairs.

In 1997, he joined Federal-Mogul Corporation as assistant general counsel and steadily moved up the ranks until 2003, when he was named senior vice president, general counsel, secretary and chief compliance officer, with responsibilities that included managing the worldwide legal affairs for Federal-Mogul and its financial restructuring in the United States and the UK.

He left Federal Mogul two years later and joined Pulte Group, Inc. as vice president, general counsel and secretary. Mr. Sherbin joined Delphi in October 2005 as vice president and general counsel. He became chief compliance officer in January 2006 and secretary in October 2009.

Mr. Sherbin has a bachelor's degree in political science and history from Oberlin College and earned his law degree from Cornell University Law School. He is a member of the board of directors of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra.

Susan M. Suver , , , Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Susan M. Suver is senior vice president and chief human resources officer (CHRO), effective Feb. 2, 2015.

Based in Troy, Michigan, Ms. Suver joined Delphi from United States Steel Corp., where she was senior vice president of Human Resources and Administration.

Ms. Suver began her career as a public relations specialist in the hotel industry. She then joined Phelps Dodge Corp. (since acquired by Freeport-McMoRan) where she held leadership roles in both Communications and Organizational Effectiveness. In 2001, Ms. Suver moved to Arrow Electronics as vice president, Organizational Effectiveness and Executive HR, and she was promoted in 2004 to vice president, Global Human Resources. In 2007, she joined U.S. Steel as vice president, Human Resources, and later was promoted to senior vice president, Human Resources and Administration.

Ms. Suver holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Arizona State University, and attended executive management programs at the University of Michigan and Thunderbird School of Global Management. In 2013, she was inducted as a Fellow into the National Academy of Human Resources.
